Pre-season starts here.

Rain-slicked turf, lungs burning, legs finding their shape again. Autumn is where squads rebuild fitness, run structured small-sided games, and lock in their first league block before the mud sets in. Pre-season fitness camps run 6-week blocks with optional performance screening.

Book your Saturday and Sunday league blocks in advance. Back-to-back fixtures across both pitches, automated draw sheets, and changing rooms for 24 players. Blocks run in 8-week cycles aligned to county league calendars.
